Neighboring Sounds Overview

In a coastal Brazilian town, the wealthy residents of a luxurious building are concerned when a series of thefts and other petty crimes take place in their neighborhood. The area is ruled with an iron fist by an aging patriarch with a shady past and his sons, and he brings in a security team to take control of the situation. However, not all the residents are happy about their presence.
