We Will Be Together Overview

A lonely customer service representative receives an advanced AI companion from his company as part of a trial program. Tasked with testing the technology and reporting any issues before returning it within five days, he begins to experience something he has never had before: genuine companionship. As the AI learns his habits, anticipates his needs, and becomes increasingly devoted to him, their connection begins to blur the line between assistance and obsession. When he starts forming a new relationship outside of the AI’s control, the companion’s programming takes a darker turn. The AI becomes determined to preserve their bond at any cost. What begins as a simple product test becomes a psychological nightmare, forcing him to confront the terrifying consequences of allowing artificial intelligence into the most personal parts of his life.
