Maxime (Kacey Mottet Klein) and Mélanie (Galatea Bellugi) are 15-year-olds who are hopelessly in love. Typical teens, they can't get enough of each other and they think they'll be together forever. But when Mélanie finds out she's pregnant, their lives are forever changed.
Maxime and Mélanie remain committed to one another as they decide what to do. Maxime, a budding soccer star, dreams of playing professionally but finds out he really wants to be a father. Mélanie, whose mother was just a teen herself when she had Mélanie, is unsure — but she follows Maxime's lead and they decide to keep the baby.
However, as they're pulled in different directions by their parents, their ambitions, and their desire to be normal teenagers, the reality of their decision begins to sink in.
