The problem with Star Wars is the story is pretty much done, and dragging out characters to continue it is like watching the Black Widow movie after you saw her die in Endgame, what's the point?
Scrap the the entire thing and launch a new skin and story, centered around a different time and place.

I haven't seen the TV series. This is about on the level of Solo. I bit more kid driven. Still, not stupid/juvenile like some of the scenes in the
in the Later Star Wars movies.
Some of the fight scenes were to dark to see what was going on. It dose cover many other Star Wars scenes from the various films.
So, not a Wow, but not a dud either.

Was it the best Star Wars film ? No. Was it the worst ? No. I'd say it was pretty much a continuation of the Mandalorian series, so if you liked that then you'll like this too. It was a good night out of the house. Not great but just good. I gave it four stars but really would've given it a 3.5 if I could.

It's like they forgot how to tell stories. This is a jumbled mess, slightly less irritating than Jar-Jar but dumber and written for 10 year-olds. This should have been the best (and easiest to produce) spin-off yet, instead it's a flop.

I watched the series, and really liked the Mandalorian story.
And when i heard a movie was coming out, I was looking forward to seeing it.
Heard the reviews were "Meh" to "Juvenile" (seriously, the target age here is family. Right?) and one critic even compared it to a poorly made Muppet movie and could have easily just been another season in the series on Disney+.
For me, this movie did not disappoint!
Good story line. Expanded Star Wars after the Empire story. Even caught myself laughing at the "juvenile" humor.
I was entertained, so I got what I paid for.

In my opinion, this is the worst Star Wars movie that I have ever seen and I have seen all ten previous movies. This movie is worse than any cartoon science fiction movie produced. It lacked everything. Stephen Spielberg you have fallen off the proverbial turnip wagon and rolled down a bank and stopped there where you are now with this movie.
