  Good movie, action scenes and special effects were excellent. Steven Spielberg is GOD! One thing that needs work is the ending.

  I thought that war of the worlds was brilliant. Amazing acting. Steven spielberg did and amazing job. Best alien movie of all time

  I was somewhat disappointed in this film after all the hype. Good special effects,but some of the plot lines were weak.

  Great Movie, special effects are pretty sweet, Cruise does a pretty good job.... my only question is : How did Robbie survive!?!

  I guess if you read the book you might like this movie. Over all it didn`t have much of a plot. A lot of special effects though.

  This movie is a triumph of movie making! I have to give it 5 stars. I have not seen anything of its caliber this year. Tom Cruise has done his best work here and so has Dakota Fanning. Absolutely brilliant acting all around. Kuddos to Spielberg!!
