Obviously there's a certain suspension of belief neccessary to enjoy a movie like this, but even with my lowered expectations I found myself spending too much time thinking "well that doesnt make sense". The shaky plot is saved only by Idris Elba, and some very fantastic graphics. Worth paying to see on the big screen only because the transfer will make it not worth viewing at all

Good sit back and enjoy the predicatable plot movie. Poor acting with poorly developed characters but the special effects make up for that. If you just want a feel good movie with no thinking - this is it!

Good movie if you're into the genre. It's your basic Independency Day type movie with pretty good 3D and CGI work. Just turn off your brain and enjoy. Well except for the ending. Predictability and cheese factor got a bit high near the end even for me. Still worth it though.
