I enjoyed the movie. I thought it was well-acted but a little slow in places.

A very indulgent movie about a bored thirtysomething woman seeking excitement and change. This movie dragged on and on very slow and very boring.

I enjoyed the story and acting however felt the middle of the film to drag a bit. In my opinion, a renter!

The complex journey of finding oneself, when one has spent years being everything, but that... A long film, but it kept me engaged as it followed Liz Gilbert along her path of self-confidence, self-discovery, forgiveness and internal peace. I found it very real and very humourous in spots; the humanity of it came through and that is what I connected with. I loved the lush visuals and the beauty of each location, displayed to it's advantage. Great movie!

Although Julia Roberts is always watchable, this movie meanders a bit too slowly to be wholly entertaining. It is a great character film, with lots of interesting characters strewn about, but still failed to have me waiting in anticipation for the next scene....

This movie was uplifting and very real, I walked out feeling inspired and enlightened. I personally think more movies like this need to be made, because it sends such positive messages about life and all that is offered in this world. However, this movie is not for everyone, only those who are open minded and seeking higher truth!

My husband and I both enjoyed this movie. A little quirky which is good. Scenery and ambience was authentic. Loved it.
