Enjoyed the movie so much! It brought back to memory reading the book and how much it touched me and made me evaluate my own life. Acting was well done, location shots were great. This movie made me feel like I was the character and was making my own journey. A recommend see it movie!

I loved this movie! Julia Roberts made me feel like I was the person searching for meaning in my life. I could feel the sadness, the joy and the love as it happened. The story of Liz Gilbert is inspirational to say the least. Some parts were hugely, laugh-out-loud funny while others were thought-provoking and sad. Truly an exceptional performance by Julia Roberts and a special story from Liz Gilbert.

Knock down loved it. Excellent "chick flick" combined with both tears and laughter, that even us guys could get into.

O love it but comparingto the book, the movie lacks of the meaning of the real search for your inner self. Nevertheless, Julia is terrific, and so thje rest of the cast. I was really happy to be there yesterday and experience that!

i really enjoyed this film. I felt like the acting was superb, the settings beautiful, and the journey touching. Even the gentleman beside me was tearing up. It was a nice change to all the big action summer blockbusters.

Although I did not read the book I still enjoyed the movie quite a bit. It was a good mix of humour and drama. I would recommend to friends in a heartbeat!

Having read the book, I was looking forward to seeing the movie. I think that Julia Roberts and Xavier Bardem did an excellent job as lead actors (as always). The supporting cast were also terrific. The scenery, especially in Bali, was exceptional. I think the film overall was well done. I think 3.0 is a good rating.

Julia Roberts is at her best in her portrayal of Elizabeth Gilbert--based on her memoirs. having read the book that I immensely enjoyed, seeing the movie adapatation on a giant screen was quite enjoyable. the countries--Italy--India and Indonesia was a marvel to see and wish I could do the same

Although the movie did not do the book any justice, Julia Roberts played an excellent main role and I thought she did a great job portraying Liz Gilbert. The scenes were gorgeous. The food looked mouth watering. Oh my gosh, it makes me want to travel!
