I knew going in that this was going to be a typical "she's with him but really likes HIM" movie but the Italian characters were SO stereotypically Italian (opera-singing neighbout, overweight enthusiastic relative etc.), it was insulting to both the Italian people and us, the audience. I was generous and gave it 2 stars.

Timeless beautiful music. Michael's nephew did an amazing acting job. Thus was the best movie I've seen in a very long time. Go see it and memories will flow.

I've never reviewed a movie but this is an all-time exception. Unbelievably good. As a 51 year old who used to wait for Thriller (and every other MJ music video) to play on MTV, practiced my moon walk, and had a sequenced glove, I can assure you that you don't want to miss this movie. AMAZING!!! I can't say enough!

This film should have had a release in North America last year. I saw it at TIFF and it blew me away. Robert Aramayo won the Best Actor BAFTA Award over Chalamet and Dicaprio, as he should have. Just a tremendous film. You have to get over all the swearing if it bothers you.
