  An excellent movie. I have never seen a movie of this magnitude and power. Mel Gibson did an exceptional job in giving justice to the most gruesome crime of all.

  The caricatures of the Jews, presence of Satan, and overly long scenes in which the audience is subjected to the flogging of Jesus all do a disservice to the complex message of christianity. It is purely an appeal to emotion. If you are all ready an evangelical you might find this moving, if you went in hoping to be converted, this might do it, otherwise, you will likely walk out nauseated and unenlightened.

  The Passion of The CHRIST was amazing. It sure made me think twice. Everyone should see this movie. I will most defently buy it when it comes out on video.   EXCELLENT! Whomever is rating this in any other way is due to extreme violence. We must be realistic. Imagine being there in those days, we would have seen the same thing. In order to show us the true passion and sacrifice of Christ, Mel had to show us how the scientist believe it was. Mel did a lot of research to give us the most accurate picture of what a crucifixion was like. Amen.

  Just a great film to make us understand how much passion Jesus had and what kind of sacrifice he and his mother and love ones had to endure. The film does not accuse any one group of being the evil one, what it shows us is that good and evil exist in every one.

  Amazing stunning movie, its breath taking even for a non-christian. This movie is a must see.
